I had my 37 week appointment today.. I am dilated to 2cm, 25-50% effaced, and the baby's head is at a 0 station - she has dropped! Hooray!! Dr. doesn't think we will make it to the due date. He guessed maybe I'll deliver at 39 weeks! That's just 2 weeks away!!
He asked if I wanted to induce on my due date if she wasn't here by then. I told him I'd rather wait a few days past the due date before inducing. So, we picked Dec. 10th and he's going to check with the hospital to see if that will work.
The end is in sight!!

That is GREAT that you're already dilating and effacing! That's about the progress I had made too, and it made the labor process so much easier!
